KOHLER-SDMO keeps on taking all necessary actions to support the French government’s announcement, as well as other impacted countries.

All our efforts focus on keeping our employees and partners safe and maintaining our activities to keep on serving customers.

We have taken required sanitary precautions, notably going from remote work to additional cleaning operations at our company.

A health and safety plan has been set and submitted to the Occupational Health department who has approved it. Today, thanks to everyone engagement, we are able to secure our most essential operations continuity. We are constantly adapting our organization to the difficult and changing period with the aim at serving you. Thank you for your understanding.

The whole KOHLER-SDMO team would like to thank its transportation companies, logisitics providers as well as to their employees, for the support they give us in our desire to continue to serve our customers for which securing the supply of energy is a high priority. 

 A huge thank to their employees who carry out their missions under particulary difficul conditions. We are grateful to them. 

To thank them, we have made some sweet treats available to drivers at the reception point. We have put in place all the necessary provisions to ensure the best protection of people on site, both for our staff and for our service providers and partners.

Our measures

Entrances and visits

An entry control was implemented on the basis of a file of expected attendance, completed daily. Internal and regulatory control: certificates requested Distribution of hydro-alcoholic lotions.

Health equipment

All our employees on site received a nominal bottle of refillable hydro-alcoholic lotion (200mL).  A kit for OHS is available: FFP2 mask, hydroalcoholic lotion, various (dressings, etc.).

Social distancing

All of our break and lunch rooms have been organized accordingly (space between tables, delimitation on the ground). We encourage our employees to hold their meetings using digital tools available. Office occupancy, when home office is not possible, is regulated by 1 in 2 people at each office. In production, locations have been reviewed to space operators and respect a social distance.

Cleaning

Cleaning operations are carried out three times a day by maintenance staff. The doors remain open as often as possible (excluding secure access). The outfits are cleaned regularly, a stock of additional clothing is available if necessary.

Travel

The only authorized trips are those of our technicians working in the field, with our customers on critical sites such as hospitals, state services, army ...
