The unit extends over almost 1700 m², 1200 m² of which is entirely dedicated to storage and preparation. 10,000 items are available on-site, with a further 30,000 through our catalogue, from full diesel engines to filters, control panels and electrical components.
The Spare Parts unit is divided into three different teams. The sales team receives orders and organises them according to their degree of urgency. The customer support team is responsible for flow management and ensuring that deadlines are met. Finally, the management and ordering of stock is handled by the management team.
Every day, 400 orders are sent around the world in a controlled time frame that does not exceed 72 hours.
